Antonio Viñal & Co. Abogados was formed in 1991 as a LLP, although its founder and director had already begun his practice in 1986. At the time the Firm’s only office was in Madrid (which is today’s head office). During the years the Firm built its practice in other cities such as Santiago de Compostela (presently in Vigo) and in Lisbon, and the three of them offer a complete advising service to those companies that work in the Iberian Market.

The geographical expansion of Antonio Viñal & Co. Abogados was accompanied by the development of other areas in Law with the sole purpose of offering more and better services to its clients. So, if at the beginning of its activity these areas focused mainly on business and transportation, several others were added later such as intellectual and industrial property and foreign trade and, presently, IT, biotech and family business.
