In order to stimulate investment, the incorporation of companies and the creation of partnerships between Spanish and Portuguese companies, among themselves and with foreign companies, Antonio Viñal & Co. Abogados set up with Banco Simeón (presently Caixa Geral), Banco Privado Português, Auxadi Contables y Consultores S.A. and Aliter, Escuela de Negocios Internacional, the Iberian Business Centre.

This centre has two headquarters, in Lisbon and Madrid, both of them located at Antonio Viñal & Co. Abogados’ offices. Through them the Centre solves queries for companies that wish to invest in the Spanish, Portuguese or third markets; helps to design business plans; or, simply, advises on corporate, contractual, labour or tax related issues.
